  I've stayed here dozens of times while traveling to Long Island to visit friends and family or for business reasons. Pros: Your room has cable, a microwave, a refrigerator, Internet access (both wired and wireless) and a thermostat for heat or AC. A lot of other hotels charge extra for these conveniences or don't offer some of them at all The overall room cleanliness and condition of the furnishings are consistently good. Cons: The hotel management strictly enforces the meaning of "non-refundable" if your room is booked with that arrangement. (As it often is, here on the travel website.) If you change your plans, the best you can hope for is changing your booking to another date. Otherwise, your money is gone. Tip: Take advantage of the microwave and refrigerator. Visit the Stop & Shop supermarket (about 3 miles down the street) and stock up on food at the start of your visit. You'll save big money instead of paying for room service or restaurants.

  It was only my husband and I. We were attending a high school reunion. We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. As soon as we walked in the lobby we were greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and there was an iron and ironing board for use as well as a coffee maker and hair dryer.
  
  We did not dine at the restaurant but the breakfast looked inviting. The airport is near the hotel but we did not hear the planes at all during our stay.
